  • You are aware of the laws in force in the sector
  • You have a good technical understanding
  • You have the necessary experience to work independently and in a structured way
  • You have an eye for order and tidiness in the construction of an offer and your working environment
  • You are flexible and eager to learn
  • You bear responsibility, are meticulous and orderly
  • You can work independently and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch, multilingualism is a plus
  • You know very well how to use a computer and quickly learn new possibilities
  • You can deal with the tight deadlines

  • You prepare quotes for renewable energies
  • You prepare quotes for heat dissipation bodies
  • You prepare quotes for ventilation
  • You prepare quotes for air conditioning
  • You prepare quotes for sanitary installations and bathroom renovations
  • You prepare quotes for rainwater recovery and pumping systems
  • You prepare quotes for water treatment systems
  • You prepare quotes for a completely new construction or renovation project on the basis of a take-off list and plan with all the possible services we offer
  • You work out tenders as fully as possible and, after consultation, submit them on time
